Neil A. Davis is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois where he first began practicing in the area of Family Law. Mr. Davis now practices Family Law exclusively in the State of Michigan and is admitted to practice in all Michigan Appellate Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and is an active member in the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Davis recognizes that divorce can be one of the most difficult experiences his clients will undergo during their lives. As such, he believes in providing personalized, individualized and informed representation to each and every one of his clients. Because of the emotional trauma that can be associated with divorce proceedings, Mr. Davis will make every attempt to quickly, fairly and inexpensively resolve the issues. Sometimes however, a quick resolution is not possible because of the issues involved, the personalities involved or even the tactics employed by the opposing attorney. In these types of cases, Mr. Davis will aggressively pursue his client's interests to ensure the best possible results.
